As its name suggests, Turbot Live Seafood Restaurant is famous for its live seafood dishes. Its live seafood corner serves a wide variety of seafood come with different cooking styles. For example, you can have your choice of live fish such as Turbot, Garoupa, Sea Bass, Red Tilapia, Bardeen or Marble Goby with cooking style such as Deep Fried, Claypot, Sweet & Sour, or Steamed in Teochew Style or Nyonya Style or Thai Style. There are also live crab, lobster, prawn, geoduck and bamboo clam for your choice.

Besides live seafood, Turbot Live Seafood Restaurant also serves various Claypot dishes and authentic Hong Kong Roasted Food such as Suckling Pig, Crispy Roasted Pork, Roasted Duck and BBQ Char Siew.
